    I felt compelled to write a review after seeing some of the negative posts here. I hadn't been to Pine Shed since it was literally just a Pine Shed in a parking lot. But, looking for a new place to try for a BBQ dinner for fiancé's father's B-Day, we chose Pine Shed to try again. I am a bit of a BBQ snob. As a self-proclaimed pit master, I find it hard to find BBQ that matches what I can produce, but I'm also aware of just how hard it can be to estimate your consumption and also keep everything as close to perfect as possible throughout the day. So, I tend to overlook when things are not 100% on point, ie, a portion of meat seems drier than id prefer. We each ordered a plate - two tri-tip, one rib/chicken combo, one baby back rib - and I also ordered three of the Wednesday special beef ribs, We got sides of coleslaw, beans, and white cheddar Mac. Overwhelmingly, the table greatly enjoyed their plates, commenting on how moist the chicken was, or how the pork ribs were excellent. My call out, however, was for the beef ribs. These were exceptional and Im so glad I ordered them. Perfect pepper-based rub one would expect on beef, with a bit of a surprise sweet, perhaps from sweet paprika, though it was possible it was the slightest hint of brown sugar usually reserved for pork ribs. Either way, they were delicious. Coupled with my plate dinner, three was one too many, so one went home for the next day's lunch. Also, I have to point out, they have a pretty good selection of local craft brews on tap.

    Simply the best "barbecue" restaurant I've ever experienced. Had a brisket sandwich, coleslaw and a tasty beer. Could NOT have been better.

    Great family dinner! We held our family Christmas later than the day and ordered beef and pork ribs, sausage and a half chicken with sides!! It was finished at pickup time and enjoyed by young and old. Hard to go wrong ordering any of these items. All good. Maneuvered website ordering successfully. This is a small business that deserves support!! Great food.

    The brisket was amazing! The guy that took our order was super nice and patient. Would definitely recommend going on a Friday so you can get the brisket.
